RAPID CITY \u2014 Fork Real Community Caf\u00e9 will host its 4th Annual Chef\u2019s Dinner Auction fundraiser on Saturday, October 11, at 5:00 p.m. at The Box \u2013 Ellsworth Salon A, located at 631 WaTiki Way, Box Elder, SD. All proceeds from this special event go to supporting Fork Real Community Caf\u00e9 in its mission to strengthen the community through food and education opportunities.<\/p>\n

Attendees will have the opportunity to taste delicious food samples, learn more about Fork Real\u2019s mission, and have a chance to win a variety of food experiences. Some of last year\u2019s features were a shrimp boil, a 5-course meal made in-home, and a meal with Mayor Jason Salamun. You can expect exciting bidding options similar to these to return this year. All meals and experiences are donated by the talented chefs featured at the Dinner Auction.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis gathering reflects the heart of our mission, bringing people together through food and purpose. We\u2019re thrilled to return for a fourth year, and deeply grateful to the incredible chefs who generously share their gifts in support of our community,\u201d said Rhonda Pearcy, founder of Fork Real Community Caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s event will feature skilled chefs who will be preparing an assortment of dishes, desserts, and experiences for attendees to bid on. The night will feature refreshments, samples of meals up for bid, and more, to be announced soon.<\/p>\n
