        PLEASE NOTE: In December of 2016 we initiated the process of applying for 501c3 nonprofit tax exempt status. Our bylaws are currently being amended to be compliment with this prospective legal status. We will post the new bylaws as soon as they are ready.

          Our amended bylaws were reviewed by the IRS in 2016 and we were granted 501c3 status as a nonprofit organization. The bylaws have not been amended since that time and are attached as a .pdf with the signatures of the original board of directors.

            The address line in Article II section 2 has been changed several times. The current address listed on the hardcopy of the bylaws is that listed also at https://unitedresourceconnection.org/contact-us, 1730 Section Rd #37040 Cincinnati, Ohio 45222.
