The following video is an interview with Laura Liswood, author of the book The Loudest Duck. Liswood’s work has provided a foundation for us to discuss diversity and inclusion at United Resource Connection, not just in terms of how our product line can be used to create healthier environments for the communities that use them, but also in terms of our internal policies, having an effect on our organizational structure, human resources, decision making processes, and culture.
