• November 21, 2025, 11:59 PM: Online application, letters of reference, and other supporting documents due

• December 2025: Finalist applicant interviews with Oglala Sioux Tribe Art Lakol Wicoun Okolakiciye

• January 1, 2026: Official announcement of appointment

• January 1 – December 31, 2026: Term of Oglala Sioux Tribe Artist Laureate
