$25,000 reward offered by Tribe for location of missing Manderson men

PINE RIDGE—The Oglala Sioux Tribe (OST) has approved a reward for information leading to the location of Robert Kills Enemy and Vincent Little Dog of Manderson. Both men have been missing since December 28, 2019.
Robert Kills Enemy’s date of birth is 3/4/1996. He is 5’6” and 110 lbs. Vincent Little Dog’s date of birth is 8/7/1994. He is 5’5” and 125 lbs.
The Oglala Lakota County Sheriff’s Department have been instrumental in organizing and leading the searches for the two OST tribal members. Pennington County has sent personnel to assist in the search along with OST Emergency Management program. The families of the men put the average number of daily search volunteers at around 70 people.
