RAPID CITY – Walt Swan, a longtime Rapid City resident, announced he will be running for the Rapid City Council in Ward 4. He will be having a petition signing party at his office at 1024 Farlow Ave. on Friday, March 20 from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. All eligible voters are encourage to attend. Swan said, “I need everybody’s participation because we must get some Lakota representation in City Hall.”
