Rapid City to host the biggest Liberty Event of the Year

RAPID CITY – FreedomFest, “the world’s largest gathering of free minds,” is coming to Rapid City, South Dakota, July 21-24, 2021. 2500 attendees are expected to make the trip to South Dakota to hear from leading experts on politics, finance, philosophy, religion, law, science, technology, art, and more. Keynote speakers include JP Sears, Dave Rubin, Senators Mike Lee and Cynthia Lummis, Larry Elder, Jo Jorgensen, Tom Woods, John Mackey, and Dr. Drew Pinsky. Speaker Steve Moore says, “FreedomFest is a BLAST! I’ve gone every year for the last ten years. Wouldn’t miss it this year. Neither should you.”

This year provides a unique opportunity for South Dakotans to attend the largest liberty event in the world right in their backyard. The event organizers moved the 2021 conference to South Dakota following a year of strict government regulations and pandemic lockdowns in Nevada. A special local rate of only $399 is available to all residents of South Dakota — $150 off the full rate. Residents should select “South Dakota Local” when registering at www.freedomfest.com. Single day and two-day passes are also available, starting at $179.

The four-day conference pass includes a welcome reception ticket, sessions with over 260 speakers in debates, mock trials, panels, keynote speeches, roundtables, and book-signing events, and over 150 exhibit booths in the FreedomFest “Tradeshow for Liberty.”

FreedomFest passes also include access to Anthem Film Festival movies that celebrate choice, accountability, and individuality. In downtown Rapid City’s Elks Theatre, you’ll see indie films, documentaries, and short narratives you won’t see anywhere else. Meet the directors, ask questions, and enjoy expert panel discussions that follow the films. Screenings take place all day, with feature films starting at 9:00 pm every night. Single screening tickets are available for just $10. Visit www.anthemfilmfestival.com for more information.

FreedomFest will wrap up the conference with its signature Saturday night banquet, featuring a performance by South Dakota’s very own Brulé. The award-winning rock/dance group’s performances carry the same contagious excitement as Trans Siberian Orchestra, Celtic Thunder, and Riverdance — but with the emotional impact of the American Indian culture. Other entertainment includes live music and dancing provided by the Double Divas cover band, comedy by Dave Smith, and the Anthem Film Festival Awards. Entertainment-only tickets are available to the general public and attendees by visiting the Monument Box Office or themonument.live. Tickets are $50 for adults and $25 for children 16 and under.
