        In partnership with CYBERCASEMANAGER ENTERPRISES we have begun development of a social service chatbot using the most recent chatbot gpt technologies. The goal is to train the AI to be a community resource navigator, capable of assisting those in need of local referral assistance. The artificial intelligence requires more training, but already has demonstrated capabilities far beyond our expectations.

          So far the implementation is restricted solely for use on the Cincinnati Branch of United Resource Connection.

            We are beta testing the AI within our Social Service Resource Library. You may interact with her there. She spends time in different areas of the library, so you may have to look around for her. Please keep your conversations resource specific, as this best helps her learn the job.
