Currently we offer text and audio versions of our social service news broadcast. The audio is available in English and Spanish. We have the technologies available to fully automate audio translations in additional languages. If your community would benefit from the availability of our social service news audio in an additional language, please reach out to us. The service is currently limited to English and Spanish due to financial constraints which can be adjusted versus other services we provide in your area.
We also offer 10 languages as options for translating the text of our news feed. We select which ten languages will be offered based on the 10 most prevalently spoken languages in the local branch area. The service provider we use to collect this data is sometimes wrong, so we welcome your input if you believe the language options you have available for the text of your news feed are not aligned with your local population.
